In such uncertain and unsettling times, it’s the perfect breeding ground for fear and anxiety. Many people are feeling overwhelmed and dis-empowered with the new government restrictions and the impact it’s had on our food supply, employment, lock-downs, personal distancing and not enough medical resources - pretty much every aspect of our lives. I mean, wholly cow! It’s hard not to feel overwhelmed in the wake of all of this. This is something the majority of us have never experienced in our lifetime.
There is so much within this current situation that is out of our control. And it's easy to be triggered by this and feel fearful.
However, there is still a lot we can do. In particular to support our immune system and resilience. Even in isolation within our homes!
These are very extraordinary challenges our world (and us as individuals) is facing, but like any challenges in life we DO have choices in how we respond and react. We can choose to be proactive and positive (the majority of the time... we will all have some crappy days too - that's for sure).
Right now we need to focus on what we can do to feel empowered and not focus on feeling dis-empowered
(which leads to fear and anxiety).
So I want to share some easy and practical ideas on how you can continue to grow and build your immune health and resilience by supporting your emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing.
I’ve created a series of blog articles that I will publish in the coming days with practical tips to care for your health in a holistic way – mind, body and soul. This information will not only help you strengthen your immune system, but also reduce the stress loading your physical and emotional body (which also impacts your immune health).
The posts you can expect to find in this Immune Health And Resilience series are:
- Physically Health – 5 things you should do for immune health
- Nutrition - 8 immune boosting foods.
- Essential oils to boost your immune health
- Bio-hacking your health with mushroom extracts
One really important thing I want to say before you get started on reading the blog posts is one of the best things you can do for your physical and emotional health is to try your best to stay positive. Try and find the best in the situation. Have a chuckle at the funny meme and videos going around. Watch you fav comedy movie.
Our emotions create a vibrational energy (frequency) that directly impacts our biosphere (the energy which flows through and around our body). When our biosphere is compromised this intern impacts our physical health and has the potential to lead to illness.
So if you find yourself going down the rabbit hole of reading endless doom and gloom articles online…. Perhaps it’s time to rein it in (I know I’ve had to!). Check the news at the beginning and the end of the day to make sure you’re updated with any important changes. The rest of the time, nourish and nurture of yourself, take care of loved ones, spread kindness where ever you can and make choices that support your wellbeing, strong immune health and resilience. That’s what matters right now.
Love & Light. Health & Happiness.
