You may be used to thinking about food from a nutritional perspective – but how about it’s vibrational energy value?
Everything on this planet has an energetic vibration frequency. This is measured in hertz (hz). Not just every animal, mineral and vegetable but every thought, emotion, spoken word, music, essential oils, colour and everything in between.

It may create an obvious and immediate reaction like an allergic reaction, digestive discomfort or it might be more subtle – skin problems, brain fog and poor concentration, mood swings, low stress resilience, fatigue and poor energy, hormone imbalances, sleep problems, impaired immune system and more.
And obviously we know that if you make poor food choices over a long period of time it can lead to chronic health problems and serious disease. So not only will you feel your food choices physically but it will effect you on an energetic level too.
