Spiritual Development & Self Healing
In the 1:1 Mentoring program, you will be taken through the Reiki Level 1 training certification and experience both practical and theory components.
The Mentoring program allows you to learn in a 1:1 environment where you can dive deep into your own spiritual and personal healing and development.
The emphasis in Reiki level 1 is on self-healing. Like any spiritual or personal growth journey, the process of transformation always starts with going within and developing and increasing your level of self-awareness.

What to Expect
Individualise learning experience
Not everyone feels comfortable in group workshops and everyone learns at a different pace and feels comfortable in different learning environments. This is where 1:1 mentoring sessions can really support your learning experience and be tailored to your learning pace.
Choose the dates that work best for you
In working 1:1 with me, you get to select the days and dates that best work for you. Life can be tricky having to juggle commitments, work and family. You can take the stress out of the process, and select the dates that best work with your schedule (subject to availability). Learning should be fun, not stressful!
Online or Face to Face
The course content can be easily be completed either online via video, face to face or a hybrid of both.
Time to develop your own unique abilities
Throughout the tuition and mentoring process I create a nurturing environment to help students build their confidence and guide them to discover their own unique abilities.
Guidance & support to help you flourish
As a teacher, mentor and energy healer, I feel my role is to hold the space for my students and provide the support and guidance they need to allow them to flourish in their own personal growth and spiritual development.
Follow up mentoring on completion of your course
On completion of your course, you will also have access to a follow-up mentoring session with me (either in person or via zoom) to go over any areas you would like some additional support with.
