My priority is the safety and wellbeing
of you, our community and myself.
My business is operating in line with government regulations. This includes the following:
- It is a requirement that I am fully vaccinated in order to see clients. (You are welcome to view my certificate if it makes you feel more comfortable 😊)
- I am only permitted to take bookings from double vaccinated clients (or if you have an authorised medical exception)
- I am required to sight your vaccination certificate (or medical exemption)
- ‘Eligible proof of exemption’ can be sent directly to me at hello@mindbodytribe.com.au
- If emailing medical exception certificates through, please do so no less than 24 hours before your appointment
- You will be required to check-in via the Service Victoria app upon your arrival.
Please reschedule your appointment if the following scenarios apply to you:
- If you have been in close contact to someone that is positive with Covid 19 or is living in the same house
- If you think you have been exposed to someone with Covid 19
- If you have had a Covid 19 test 24hrs prior to your appointment and currently waiting on the results of your test
- If you are experiencing any cold/flu-like systems
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment 24hrs prior or cancellation fees may apply.
In Addition
- At this point in time, masks are required to be worn by myself and the client throughout a treatment
- Thorough cleaning of my room occurs in-between clients and at the beginning and end of each day This includes all surfaces, door handles etc and changing the pillowcases and treatment table towels before each client
- Hand sanitiser is available for clients in my treatment room
- I sanitise my hands prior to any hands-on energy healing treatments
