I have some news that I’m super excited to share! You can now find me at the newly opened Revitalise Centre in Glen Iris where I’ll be offering Health & Wellness Coaching & Reiki. I’ll be seeing clients there every 2nd of 4th Saturday of the month.
Just like my personal philosophy, the Revitalise Centre’s aim is to help their clients to create complete mind, body & soul health.
In their beautiful tranquil centre, they have a range of services to help you achieve this including naturopathy, kinesiology, lymphatic massage, craniosacral massage, and reflexology to name a few.
Plus there is a workshop space where you can enjoy yin yoga, Chakra dancing classes, and mindfulness workshops.
